Pawan Chamling Distinguished Voice Globally
Pawan Chamling- Distinguished Voice Globally’ is a book on the
visit of Chief Minister, Shri Pawan Chamling to California to
attend Governors’ Global Climate Summit held in Los Angeles on
18-19 November 2008. On the personal invitation of California
Governor Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Shri Chamling represented
India to the Summit with officials from different States. During
the 2-day Summit, Shri Chamling presented the policy stand of
India with regard to issue of Global Warming and also dwelt in
great details about the various conservation measures undertaken
by the State Government since 1995. Note this book is in .pdf format
